Seaside Dog Academy
Seaside Dog Academy was created from my own personal journey as a dog owner. Like many people, I experienced first-hand how challenging and overwhelming life can feel when your dog struggles with behavioural difficulties. My own dog, Max, was reactive, and for a long time everyday walks, social situations and simple outings felt stressful and isolating rather than enjoyable.

Through that experience, I developed a deeper understanding of canine behaviour, communication and emotional needs. Working with Max taught me invaluable lessons about patience, clarity and consistency, and showed me how the right guidance can help dogs feel calmer, more confident and better understood. Those lessons now shape how I work with every dog and owner I support.
Seaside Dog Academy exists to help dog owners create happy, fulfilling lives with their dogs. Having lived through these challenges myself, I understand how difficult they can feel, and my aim is to guide owners with empathy, clarity and practical support, helping them build trusting, respectful relationships with their dogs.

1-to-1 Initial Consultation

A one-to-one session focused on understanding you, your dog, and the challenges you’re facing. We’ll explore behaviour, routines and goals, allowing me to assess what’s really going on and create a clear, tailored plan to move you forward with confidence.
1-to-1 Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions are designed to build on your initial consultation and training plan. These sessions focus on practical application, progress and refinement, helping you develop consistency, clarity and confidence as you work towards your goals with your dog.
Puppy Foundations
60 Mins
A supportive introduction to training for puppies, focusing on essential foundations such as engagement, communication and everyday life skills. Puppy Foundations helps set you and your puppy up for a calm, confident and positive start together.
