7. Handling of Dogs

The dog remains the sole legal responsibility of the owner or handler at all times.

Seaside Dog Academy may, where appropriate, handle the dog for demonstration or training purposes, including the use of leads, collars, harnesses, or other agreed equipment. Such handling does not constitute a transfer of care, custody, or control.

All handling is carried out with the owner’s knowledge and consent.

8. Training Tools & Equipment

Any training tools or equipment used will be discussed and agreed with the owner in advance. Owners retain the right to decline specific tools; however, this may affect training outcomes.

Owners accept full responsibility for their dog’s actions at all times.
